Problem	How will you avoid or solve this problem?
Miss the photo shoot	Turn up even if I am Ill, just take precautions make sure I have time for production in case of being ill. Call in college if I think I’ll miss the shoot so that it can be rearranged.
Lose work on usb stick or lose usb stick	Back up on network and also store somewhere else such as home computer.
Camera breaking	Check camera is working before shoot bring in own if possible for back up.
Models not turning up	Use back up models then so have models on back up use someone reliable. Make sure that the model knows the time and date of the photo shoot.
Computers crashing /corrupted files	Save the work regularly and make sure have work backed up so it can be revived on network.
Props go missing	Make sure know where props are and have back up or improvise on the shoot not all is lost just have a back up idea without props so do I not have to spend time thinking at the shoot.
Running out of network space	Ask for extra space and make sure the day before the shoot have enough room for photos to go on.  Have back up areas to save just in case not enough space then transfer on to network as soon as possible.
Pictures out of focus	Use auto focus if not confident but if using manual check before using and look at photos on shoot not hoping they are all in focus.
Lighting not working	Check the lighting is set up correctly and work before the photo-shoot. Test first before and clarify with lighting technician that it works and is creating the effect needed.
